There are companies that offer forwarding where you can purchase products from desired marketplaces such as Amazon and ship them to the dedicated addresses. A popular option amongst expats is ExpressUS where they can deliver to Kyrgyzstan in 10-12 working days, and you are charged a fixed rate based on the package weight.
