I came during the evening on an August evening and was able to soak in the beautiful sunset.
The restaurant offers international and fusion dishes, so don't expect to find traditional Kyrgyz cuisine here. I was also impressed by their signature cocktails and crafted drinks. The view of the cityline is beautiful, overlooking the view of Victory Square, but I do not recommend coming here for top-quality food, drinks, or a nightlife vibe. I went because a friend was proposing to his girlfriend but was disappointed in the food quality, customer service, and outdated interior design.
They might not be known for their food and drinks, but it is indeed a popular location for proposals.
